The website

The site shows off-market investment properties and ways to contact Vend Property Solutions. Property details, prices, and availability can change. Sending a message, creating an account, or submitting an offer through the site does not by itself create a purchase agreement.

Text messages

Vend Property Solutions offers recurring text messages about new off-market listings and deal updates. You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on the contact form. That box is unchecked until you check it, and you can submit the form without opting in.
